1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Rinose mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rinose lets you upload a face photo and preview how a different nose shape might look using artificial intelligence. The App applies a style you select and returns an AI-edited image. The output is a digital simulation for entertainment and visualization purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Rinose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The generated images are artistic AI interpretations and are not a prediction or guarantee of any surgical or cosmetic outcome. Always consult a qualified, licensed medical professional before making any decisions about a procedure.

4. Eligibility and Your Content

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:

You own the photo or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
If the photo depicts another person, you have that person's consent to upload and edit their image.
The photo does not contain unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content, and is not an image of a minor used in any inappropriate manner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person in a harmful or misleading way. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its underlying services.

6. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Processing

To generate images, the App sends your selected photo and style to our third-party AI provider, Wiro AI, which processes the request using Google's Gemini image model. Your photo is sent only after you grant consent in the App. By using the App you acknowledge that results are generative, may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and may vary between requests. How your photo and other data are collected, used, shared, and retained is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use the images you generate.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Image generation consumes credits. Credits and any subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and managed via our payments provider (RevenueCat). Charges, renewals, and refunds are subject to the App Store's terms. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the photos you provide and to the images you generate for your personal use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
